Shipping Practices
We are very careful with our fish. We double bag every fish and use pure oxygen to fill the bags. Then they are put in a box with 1" high density foamboard with all the seams taped to seal them. We include either a heat pack or ice pack if necessary.
We charge a $2.00 packaging fee to help defray the costs of these.
Your order can be shipped either USPS or FedEx. Which ever you prefer.
Shipping cost will be calculated as close as possible, if there is a major difference between the quoted price of shipping and the actual cost, the difference will be refunded. We only ship to the US.
